TRAUMA OR PTSD

Mental or physical trauma is a manifestation of pain or injury to us through an external source. And post-trauma is our subconscious automatic reaction as a defense mechanism.

In recent years, the % of people suffering from different levels of trauma or PTSD has been increasing rapidly, people who suffer from trauma may feel like they are alone and that others might not understand them the way they do, well, they are right in a sense. No one who hasn't been through what you have can grasp the gravity of your pain and suffering, the way you do, unless they had. Mental or physical trauma is a manifestation of pain or injury to us through an external source. And post-trauma is our subconscious automatic reaction as a defense mechanism. In fact, when we encounter an event in our lives (no matter what the event and what magnitude it is for us or others) and that event is represented as threatening to our existence, threatening the status quo, or violating our mental status quo - that is where trauma can begin. In Trauma therapy, there are many solutions we apply in the clinic, to deal with it and eventually heal from it, depending on the trauma traits and the client's current mental enviroment, we'll find the way, together.
