I was a restless worried person physically and mentally, and that's why meditating, mindfulness, and even relaxing were so hard for me to do.
To my surprise, the experience of Hypnotherapy was able to completely calm and tranquilize me. probably it took me more effort and longer time than others, to silence my mind, but it was helpful to get that close to my inner child, to understand my feelings and thoughts during therapy. I feel alive and delighted.
